Chocolate Chip Cookie Truffles

Ingredients
| 0.5 cup | butter |
| 0.5 cup | brown sugar |
| 0.25 cup | sugar |
| 2 tbsp | milk (or cream) |
| 0.5 tsp | vanilla |
| 1.25 cup | flour |
| 0.5 tsp | salt |
| 0.5 cup | mini chocolate chips |
| 1 package | almond bark |
Steps
1) Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy
2) Add milk and vanilla and mix until blended
3) Gradually add in flour and salt and mix until blended
4) Roll into balls and chill on cookie sheet in refrigerator
5) Melt almond bark in double boiler
6) Using a fork, dip balls into almond bark, let excess drain
7) Place on parchment lined cookie sheet and cool in refrigerator
8) Once cool, remove from parchment and store in refrigerator
9) 72 calories each
